We care about every team member and their ability to succeed. To help our team thrive, the Westgate Foundation created several programs and events to provide aid where needed. Our Team Member Crisis Fund, Holiday Toy & Gift event, and Back to School event are just a few of the many ways Westgate gives back to its family.

Back To School
The Westgate Foundation is not only invested in the future of our team members but their families too. Every year, our Foundation distributes thousands of school-supply-filled backpacks to our team members’ children in a Back to School event.
Holiday Toys & Gifts
We believe every child should feel loved and have a gift of their own during the holiday season. Our annual Holiday Toy and Gift event does just that, distributing toys to the children of Westgate team members and kids in need across the country.
Team Member Crisis Fund
Life happens. At Westgate, we get that. In times of unforeseen crisis, the Westgate Foundation is there for our team members. Thanks to our Team Member Crisis Fund, Westgate Foundation has assisted thousands of team members with unexpected crises, like funeral costs, rent and utility payments, emergency travel, and more…
